Such a beautiful new office and serene lobby setting looking out over the river. Staff is fabulous and always helpful. Dr. Wallace just gets it. She listens to her patient’s needs, talks through what she believes are the best treatment options available to achieve the patient’s intended results and is open and candid regarding costs relative to services offered. She really serves each and every patient as a valuable partner solely focused on satisfaction and results.

Always a wonderful experience at Dr.Wallace’s office from the time you call to book the appointment to when you leave. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful. And I love the new office!

I was able to get into the office quickly and had a perfectly pleasant experience. Dr. Wallace was very patient centered, making sure I understood everything and that she understood what I wanted and my concerns. She has every right to be intimidating but is completely relatable instead. I received an estimate before I agreed to services so no surprises at check-out. It was a big city luxury break in the middle of my Tuscaloosa work day.
